8/20/2022 - Removed 2 users from the Sql-Server Product. 

1. The extra users prevented the SQL database from being directly imported into Azure without errors (in SSMS "DeployDatabase to Microsoft Azure SQL Database").
2. Changed DB owner to "sa", which is following Microsoft best practices.

8/27/2022 - Removed redundant views (all database products) "vw_all_addresses_phones" replaces all removed.

1. vw_Addresses.
2. vw_AddressLabels.
3. vw_OtherLocationAddressPhone.
4. vw_phones.
5. vw_ProperName.

9/1/2022 - Added the "National Downloadable file" and "Hospital General Information file" databases from CMS to yield millions of addresses not found in the NPI Database. The information from these files are in 2 tables.

1. National_Downloadable_File_ProviderGroups (Addresses and Phones).
2. National_Downloadable_File_ProviderHospital_Affiliations (Addresses and Phones).

9/15/2022 - Started selling the NPI database as a "MS Power BI Desktop" file.

12/01/2022 - Updated all of the sample databases, schema diagrams and scripts. 

1/05/2023 - Added the "Physician Compare" CMS data to all of the products. The file was published on 1/1/2023 and provides an additional 3.3 Million extra Practice Locations.

12/20/2023 - Loaded the Taxonomy with the latest NUCC release. 
12/20/2023 - Removed the date fields from the Taxonomy table as they are no longer used by NUCC.
