Note: Some of the files contain (nearly) duplicate records. This is by design.
Example: NPPES requires a provider to make one taxonomy code "Primary". Each Provider may have up to 15 taxonomies. If we only provided you with their "Primary Taxonomy" and you wanted to contact everyone with a taxonomy of: "1223P0221X" "Pediatric Dentistry" you'd only end up with a partial list. Many dental providers list "Dental Practice" as their primary and their specialties like "Pediatric Dentistry" as non primary taxonomies.

1. If you want ALL of the providers that practice "Pediatric Dentistry" regardless of whether it is marked as "Primary", Filter by "Taxonomy = 1223P0221X". 

2. If you want to have a single record for each provider in a file: Filter by "Taxo_Is_Primary = Y".
